my monthly photoshots are super boring....in our hallway boring, so I am not of much help. But I would love to see other Bee's creativity with this too!
@stlginkgo && @Brittanymichelle let's keep bumping this thread then :) hehe
@Sulli301: you too huh? lol..
come one people with baby bellies!! we wanna see some photo shoots! lol
I found this one belly picture where the woman made a heart with her hands over her pregnant belly! It was the cutest picture and now I can't find it!
My friend's sister's site is http://justtoseeyousmile.com/index2.php click on Portfolio at the bottom of the page to see Maternity pictures.
@kaybee: I love the pictures! The quotes and sayings are such a great touch! I especially love the semi buodior pregnancy pics, great way to feel sexy when your belly is so big! I'll keep that in mind when its my turn! Thanks for sharing!
Go to www.flickr.com & search "maternity" photos. You'll find lots of pregnancy photos there :)
A friend of mine is taking pictures of his wife with a fruit the equivalent to the baby's size. I think it's an adorable twist.
Mrs Seabreeze had some beautiful ones taken:

And I liked Mrs Avocado's too:

I am definitely planning on having our wedding photographer take some pictures of me (and DH) when the time eventually comes :) It's one of her specialties and I think it's such a great idea.
Maternity photos are cute, and nice to add into an album of newborn images, etc... But what I *really* love is birth photography. It can be done so beautifully, and is such an amazing thing to capture. I cry just about every time I see it.
These sites have some cute pregnancy photos!
@jingle96: I saw that one too. I think it was an ad for the bump or an article or something.
Thanks for all the links. Yes, I'd like to take some too!!
Our photographer does some cute things with maternity pictures. http://kristenwynnphotography.blogspot.com/search/label/maternity%20photography
I didn't get professional pregnancy photos done and now I sure wish I would have. All I have is a million shots of just my belly that I took myself and maybe 2 or 3 full body shots that FH took. Totally mad at myself for not getting them done. At least I have a whole pregnancy blog with lots of pics and the whole story of the pregnancy so that makes me feel a little better. Hopefully it won't be wiped off of the net by the time LO gets old enough to read it!
i love the maternity budoir, i have every intent to do one for me!! and the fruit idea!! too cute!!
@caitlanc: that is a super cute idea! Too bad I think I'm stuck in the boring hallway now that I have already taken 3 pics!
I'm patiently waiting to get my professional pics back. I didn't have them taken until 37 weeks because I was kinda lazy about calling around. (Most recommend doing these before 35 weeks!) I kinda spoiled myself and did a session with my husband that are more 'normal' and also a boudoir session with Tait Boudoir.
Here's a link to the two teasers images the photographer posted of my hubby and I. Maybe it'll work?? We took them at a local golf course.

I'm attaching a random pic my husband took early on. He is not a photographer - we just got lucky with a really cool shot while on vacation. I was 21 weeks and just starting to be visably pregnant to everyone else. I like that it's a silhouette.

We didn't go an engagement session - so this was really fun. We were also gifted a newbown session at our shower and are looking forward to that!
My friends maternity session was beautiful. Check them out. :)

Carmen Wilson does some amazing maternity shoots that really push the envelope, like boudoir maternity shots. They are crazy beautiful, but not all safe to view at work :)
@lpcutiepie I love those pictures with the ribbon that says "It is a boy"
@Jillian those are lovely...
thank you all so much and keep them coming!
I thought the "bun in the oven" idea was funny. I really enjoy having these pictures

Hi bees,
I know this may seem rediculous but can I see some of your examples of pregnancy photoshoots? My husband and I didn't get fun/outdoor engagement photos...just a few indoor traditional ones due mostly to lack of time last year with work. Our wedding photos, of course, are wonderful! But I really want some cool ideas for pregnancy photos...even though I'm not pregnant...yet! Because I see all your amazing engagement photos and think ooooh those are what I want.
Anyone have any?
thanks!
