I am 4 months along and my back aches and night and I have trouble sleeping.  I'm really wanting a pregnancy pillow but I'm not about to spend money on one unless I know it's going to be worth it.  I'm looking at the Leachco All Nighter and Today's mom comfort pillow.

I'm not pregnant, but I worked with a girl who would regale me with stories about how awesome her pregnancy pillow was...I want to say it was called Schnoodle, but that definitely sounds like a dog.  Snoogle, maybe?

I have the snoogle and I love it. It's very comfy, but also not too huge so my husband still has some room in the bed.

I got the... Leachco Back 'N Belly - Contoured Body Pillow, Ivory, $59

ETA: Wedding bee ate the rest of my post,.....1 word amazing! This pillow helps keep me on my side, and leaves enough room for DH, (we have a queen sized bed). Got it at amazon.com, the shipping was free.

I have the Snoogle and LOOOVE it.  Only thing is that now-in my 8th month, I find that I sleep with the long part of it behind my back so I dont roll over, and still need to take an extra pillow to put under my belly to support it.  The 2 you have look like they could avoid the need for an extra pillow.  Regardless, that thing has been indespensible for me through this pregnancy, I LOVE it.  And so does our lab, Brutus.  He curls inside of it during the day lol.
