This is completely normal. When I was going through the first trimester, I had maybe sore boobs for like a month? I had no morning sickness at all! No cramps nothing.
I had almost no symptoms at all- just being tired all the time- for the first 5 weeks. Then when I hit 6 weeks- the nausea set in and I'm having to eat every 2 hours to just get through the day. So- enjoy it while you can :).
My symptoms come and go. I think it's normal, but if they go away completely and stay away for a few days and you're worried, it doesn't hurt to call your doctor! Good luck!
I have good days with none, and bad days with a bunch. If you're worried call your doctor, but feels normal to me!

So, I've been having some normal symptoms over the last two weeks, and now nothing. No sore boobs, cramps, nausea...nadda. I'm only about 5 and a 1/2 weeks pregnant, but I'm just wondering if this happened to anyone else in their first trimester.
