@4littlekitties:  I know I mentioned this on the other board but what the heck! I’ve never tested before AF is due. I was trying for 8 months and it was too heartbreaking to see the bfns month after month. but I’m convinced I had a chemical on cycle 6 but no proof. So now I’m going to test early for that very reason. I’m 35 in two weeks and can’t wait until I’ve had lots of mcs. I started testing today and can see it’s going to be an emotional roller coaster (I’m convinced I see a line but DH thinks I’m insane) so I may change my mind after this cycle. I can completely understand wanting to wait though. I don’t know what I’ll do if I get another mc so maybe ignorance is bliss!!!

@4littlekitties:  I would test early, and as much as it may hurt to know of another loss, it will push your doctor to run tests (recurrent pregnancy loss testing) if they have another pregnancy loss on record.

I’ve had 3 chemical pregnancies so far (in 5 cycles). I’m currently on my 6th cycle and just got a super faint BFP the day AF was due  at 14 DPO, and I’m waiting on my results to confirm if it will turn up to be another chemical. If that’s the case, I won’t regret knowing, since I’ll know there is something that needs to be treated.

I’m hoping you get your sticky BFP soon and your rainbow baby! 🙂

Have you had a regular period since the miscarriage yet?

NVM I saw on another thread that you have had one period since your MC. I hope the faint line turns out to be a big fat BFP!

We started trying right away again after my m/c in December.   I started testing at like 9dpo, like usual and got a faint positive on two cheapie tests… but then a bunch of negatives on FRERs, so they were false positives.   Now that I’ve had my first post-miscarriage period, I’ve ovulated, and I’m going to start testing at 9 or 10 dpo, again.   If I miscarry or even get a chemical, I want to know so my doctor can take necessary action for recurring losses.

@4littlekitties:  wow!! That is fantastic news!!! I rrally hope it becomes a strong positive.

I got a bfn this morn and haven’t slept a wink so I might be reassessing my plan!! Hopefully we’ll both have positives in a couple of days :-)))
