Hi there, I recently found out I am pregnant with my first child. As of right now, I am about 5 weeks along. I am determined to not let having kids ruin my body. I am starting now, with healthy eating and reasonable portions, focusing on fruits, veggies, proteins, and whole grains. I was doing the Insanity Workout 3 weeks before I found out I was pregnant. I spoke with a doctor who told me that I can continue with this workout, that a lot of pregnant women run into their 3rd trimester. I am just wondering, any other pregnant bees out there with a strong focus on fitness through their pregnancy? Able to battle the excess weight? Any thoughts? Thanks lovelies!!
