I had them, they felt a lot like regular mestrual cramps, only lighter, they were always there, kind of nagging. I also had pinching on my left side.

I kept getting pinching feelings on dpi 7, guessing it was implantation since I got my BFP 4 days later

Don’t know if I have a bfp or not so I’m commenting to vote later, but I’ve been cramping since 5dpo…

I didn’t get implantation cramps and I was pregnant! I DID have HORRIBLE cramping from 12DPO until like 6 weeks pregnant, though!

I did feel an ovulation twinge for the first time ever, though!

My implantation cramps felt EXACTLY like period cramps. They happened about 9-10 dpo.

It’s been 9 years since I was pregnant with DD, but I never had any cramping during implantation or afterwards.

Yes and I kept thinking I was just getting my period.  Turns out it was a BFP!

@skippydarling:  Here’s the link for the abbreviations

I am about 6/7 DPO and started having cramping and low back aches… I’m wondering if it’s implantation cramping. Trying not to symptom spot, but it’s so hard not too!

It felt like I was getting my period early at about 7 days past ovulation (detected via ovulation predictors)…and I have had a couple 21 day cycles within the last year so I felt that was what was happening….but the cramping went away after about 48 hours, no bleeding and I got my positive test at 12 days past ovulation, first month “trying”…..although we had been not trying but not preventing for about 6 months. I”m now 6 weeks pregnant.

I started cramping a few days before my missed period, which would have made me more than 10 days past ovulation. I had no bleeding and the cramping was very mild and light, maybe just some twinges or pinches. It didn’t last long.

I had mild cramps from 10dpo until 13-14dpo. I got my BFP at 15dpo. That was one of the biggest signs for me because I only ever cramp the day AF starts and they are always extremely painful cramps.

I didn’t have any before I got my BFP, had some aftewards though. They were mild and felt different.

I’ve been pregnant twice and my luteal phase has always been 16 or 17 days. With my first pregnancy I had implantation cramping and a tiny bit of old, brown blood at 10 DPO. Unfortunately that pregnancy ended in miscarriage. With my second pregnancy, I had cramping, but no bleeding on 12 DPO. The cramps felt like mild menstrual cramps – like the ones I would get just before my period started.
