I’m 11 weeks pregnant and my 100 lb German Shepherd jumped on my stomach while I was sleeping on my back on the sofa. There’s no bleeding or cramping. Also, my baby isn’t behind the pelvic bone anymore, bc I popped a little early. I emailed my gyno, but I’m still freaking out!

you’re fine. baby is still very cushioned by amniotic fluid. unless you start cramping or bleeding, don’t worry.

Oh no! I am sure it is ok, but talk to your gyno just to be on the safe side.

As long as there’s no bleeding or cramping I’d say you’re fine. At 11 weeks baby is small and there’s lots of amniotic fluid to keep it protected. Keep an eye out and don’t over-exert yourself in the next few days just in case. I fell when I was 20 weeks preggo and was worried to death but everything was ok! I also lifted more than the usual weight of boxes because of my job at the time, but it wasn’t anything I wasn’t used to doing. Anytime I had a freakout, the doctor would always tell me “babies are a lot more resilient than you give them credit for, we just hear about the worst case scenarios.” Oh and congrats!
