Pregnant Bridesmaid :) Bachelorette party ideas?

    Hello Hive,

One of my bridesmaids is pregnant - I'm so happy for her and her hubby :) She'll look so cute in her dress with her baby bump and I'm happy that her little baby will be "participating" in our wedding too :)

Well anyway, I am thinking now about how to make sure that she has just as much fun at my bachelorette party as my other bridesmaids will. I don't want her to feel left out at all so I don't want the day/night to be all about bar hopping etc.  I wouldn't be opposed to going out with the other girls later at night to a bar, but I want the bulk of the party to be pregnant-lady-friendly.

What would be some fun things we could do during the day/night that are alcohol free? Did any of you have pregnant bridesmaids and if so, what activities did you do for your bachelorette that were pregnant-lady-friendly?

No one was pregnant at my bach party but it was pretty pregger friendly until later in the evening.  We went kayaking for a bit then went out for seafood and beer (but seafood is still good if you don't have the beer).  Then went back to the hotel and had like a little girls party there, some exchange of gifts and hanging out.  And then around 8 or 9 we went out to the bars.

No worries my Matron of Honor was nice a prego at my BP and we still had a blast.  We went to a lo keo lounge and had a VIP section so we were away from the crowd.

A spa day is certainly preggers friendly.  Or you could do a beach day with your ladies if you live near the beach.  The only things I would stay away from are bars, and anything too active that could be dangerous for her and the baby.

    Thank you :)

I like the beach idea - maybe we could do beach + lunch + spa.

    Any other ideas?

For my bridal shower, I went to a paint your own pottery studio. That was a lot of fun and very social.

You could also go to a Japanese style karaoke location. That way she could participate even if she didn't drink.
