I have no idea how big he will be when we take him home as he will be born at 34 weeks and will stay in hospital for awhile. Really want to sort all this stuff out but I can’t even buy everyday clothes for him yet.

Yours are cute and they look warm!

Awww, these are soooo cute! You’re a smart lady. I had no idea babies needed NB clothing and my outfit swallowed my baby whole. Lol. Good luck. She’s going to make such a stylish departure!!

@quierajen:

But he won’t need clothes for a long time while he’s in hospital.

I had a gorgeous little newborn outfit picked out for my daughter but she ended up being 11 lb 4 so she didn’t fit it 🙁 ended up coming home in a little plain pink growsuit and she never got to wear the gorgeous newborn outfits I had bought (way too many)… ahhh well 🙂

I would take out the 3 months clothes. I packed 1 NB and a few 0-3 months for my little one (9lb3oz) and she only fits into newborn. The 0-3 and 3 months are too big for her!

I bought a really cute 3 piece from Carter’s….and now I’m worried my son won’t fit it! It is a newborn size and apparently only goes up to 8 pounds and 21 inches. My husband was almost 9  pounds so if our son takes after him I’m outta luck! I’d better pack a 3 month sleeper as backup 🙂
