Yep, it is possible to shoot a wedding pregnant. Most women end up doing this. Most of the pro females I know won't shoot at 9 months, but will shoot up until and through 8 months. Some women actually feel better in the last tri than in the first, so if she's in physically good shape, you are fine. As long as she has an adequate back-up in case of an early delivery, I wouldn't worry. :) Hope that helps!
Our photographers were a husband/wife team; the wife was 6 months pregnant at our wedding. She had no problem doing working our wedding. She maybe sat down more often or took more quick "breaks" (to get a glasss of water, go to the bathroom, etc...), but we didn't even notice. And her pictures were fabulous!
@ceamoste: You should be fine, especially with a backup shooter. I recently shot with a photographer who was 8 months pregnant and she didn't miss a beat (she just couldn't feel her feet the next day, haha). Professionals will have backup photographers they can call on in the event of an emergency, so check with her and confirm that she does have someone she could call if she is ill or otherwise unable to shoot.
Wow, those are some hardcore photogs! I can't imagine dealing with the belly, the fatigue, swollen feet, AND all that camera gear/wedding drama. That's intense. A tip of the amateur photog's cap to those ladies!
I'm 8 months prego now and will be shooting until 3 weeks prior to my Due date {actually one is a week before, but it's a friends wedding and we have a third and an assistant with us that day}. We have 6 weddings booked between now and the due date. I feel huge but totally capable. I always shoot with my husband and we are bringing an assistant to carry my bags and to help as a third shooter when I need to take a brake and put my feet up for sec or head to the potty. I would NEVER do this during important moments though.
Our photographer is pregnant as well. She'll actually be 9 months when our wedding date rolls around so we're having one of her regular 2nd photographers as our main one (and getting a great deal because of it).

Hey ladies! I'm in need of serious help!
I just found out that my photographer (who we booked like, a year ago) is pregnant, and will be aroud 7 months at the time of our wedding. I am SO excited for her and her husband, but I am a little worried about how things will turn out.
To all those who have been pregnant/had a photographer that was pregnant, is it possible to still shoot a wedding at 7 months? We are having a second photographer as well, so if she needs breaks that's fine, but I've never been pregnant so I have no idea what to expect.
