Yep!  I take the Target brand when I can remember (it's once in the morning when I brush my teeth - why is it so hard to do?!)  And they're great!  I definitely noticed a difference in my nails when I was good about taking them before the wedding.  I didn't really notice a difference with my hair but that doesn't mean there wasn't one.  Seriously.  $8 for a 200 or 300 day supply?  It's hard to beat that.

And definitely no babies in the near future but it is definitely true that you should start prepping your body sooner than you think.  I could be wrong, but I think your folic acid levels need to be good by the time you concieve.  It's really easy to be too late with that one which sucks since it's such an important one!

I take the Target brand too.  I like them because they are cheap and I only have to take them once per day and they don't taste bad because they are coated.  I was taking a hair, skin and nails supplement for the same reason, but I was supposed to take them three times per day and they tasted terrible.  These are much better.

Do these make anyone else's stomach hurt??? I just started taking them on Sunday and UGH...not feeling good AT ALL.  I'm not sure if that is normal or not... I aske my dr. if I should start taking them if we are thinking about trying and he said "nah, you just take those when you actually get pregnant" ummmm WHAT? I've always heard you take them first. So now I dont want to ask him if the sore stomach is normal or not because he thinks I don't need them anyway!
