I am in search of a good prenatal yoga dvd. I Love yoga and want to do some kind of exercise but don't have the energy or the time to really work out. Does anyone have any recomendations?

I have Complete Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga & Short Forms and I like it because there are 15, 30, and 45 min practices, as well as longer, (I think 75-minute) and a partner practice. I've been doing the 15 minute one in the mornings before work.

@mrsjazz: do you feel as if you get a decent work out with it?

I second the suggestion from @mrsjazz.  It's a great video with lots of options for practices of differing lengths.  It's definitely the right level of workout for me during pregnancy.  I think it might be a little on the difficult side if you've never done yoga before, but if you're familiar with the poses, you'll love it.  I usually mix it up between the 30, 45, and 75 minute practices, although I should also try the 15 minute version on days when I'm busy.  DH and I tried some of the partner poses too, which was kind of fun.

It's a great yoga workout--it's definitely not for anyone who is completely new to yoga, though. I'm always running late for work but I have major back pain when I wake up, so the 15-min is perfect. I'm going to try the 30-min. over the weekend.

I have to convince my husband to try the partner poses.

I've just kept going to my regular hot(gasp!)yoga classes. I'm 17 weeks and just now having to start modifying a lot of the spine strengthening poses on my belly. I just substitute with a strong cat pose lifting one arm and one leg on the opposite side to try and get the same benefits of the original posture.

@mrsjazz: I'll have to try those - I just downloaded some podcasts from "Mamaste", but haven't tried them yet so I don't know if they're any good. But . . . they're free!
