i'm having the same problem! don't know what to get. she doesn't wear jewelry, so that is out. i'm listening in...
I was thinking of giving them each a photo album made by the photographer. Either that or making one myself with candids.
I'm taking my mom out the day before for a mani/pedi/massage. We're also taking my parents out for a thank you picnic the day they arrive in town. For my FMIL and FFIL, we got a gift certficate to a favorite restaurant.

I wanted to do photo albums of the wedding, but those will have to wait until xmas....since I wanted to give them something the day of.....plus they can get ready in them!
