I'm making my parents and his parents personalized handkerchiefs. My dads will say something along the lines of how I will always be his little girl and thank him for standing by me on my special day, mother-in-law will thank her for raising such a wonderful son, etc. You can look up a bunch of them on etsy.com. I'm actually having someone I know embrodier mine. But being on a budget and wanting to get them a personal gift, I thought this was a fantastic idea.

FMIL is also getting the hankercheif and my dad is getting cufflinks that say "i loved her first" and "father of the bride" along with a hanky.
havent decided on FFIL or my own mom yet though.
I got my mum a personalized blanket with special note embroidered on it. It is from http://www.etsy.com/shop/coutureweddinghankie and my dad a pair of crystal wine glass also with special engraved.

Does anyone have any ideas about what to get for the parents/in-laws? I just want to get little things. My brother bought my parents a grill at his wedding and I think that was way over the top. Any ideas?
