I ordered preserved orchids from Save-On-Crafts as well and was disappointed by their quality. Some of mine even have brown spots on them and are wilted. I called and they offered me a refund but not on the shipping to my home or return shipping so Im not sure if I'll just keep them and try to salvage them for another project or not. Im not sure if its just Save on Crafts or if thats how they all would look/feel.

Has anyone used preserved orchids in their centerpieces? I saw them at Save-on-Crafts.com and ordered the white ones to hot glue to manzanita branches to place in urns with hanging votives. I was really disappointed when I got them that they look yellowish and more like paper than real orchids. The pictures on the website look great, so I called the company and they are offering a refund. They said their manufacturer sent them the wrong product, but now I'm afraid to reorder them. I thought that "preserved" meant they would still look and feel real. If anyone has any experience with preserved orchids, I would appreciate hearing what yours look and feel like.
