(Closed) Pretty sure I have fibromyalgia – seeing a Dr. soon – Meantime treatments?

I don’t have any treatments but that sucks!  I have a chronic pain condition too and the only thing that really works is rest and exercise.  Medicine doesn’t do much for me sadly.

Never had experience with it myself, but I’ve read a couple articles when I was doing some researching on Vitamin D and they suggest that Vitamin D (more than the RDA of 400 IU, which many scientists and nutritionists today are saying is a far too low RDA and the minimum should be at least 1000-2000 IU) can help improve and possibly eliminate fibromyalgia symptoms. Can’t hurt to try, it’s not like too much Vitamin A which will cause toxicity, it takes A LOT of vitamin D to go beyond safe limits, into the 10s of thousands ranges.
