As of today I cannot see any replies to any of the board posts. I also can only see the first two blog postings. At first I thought it was just my computer but it’s definitely not. Im beyond frustrated with this website. As a long time member, I’m very disappointed that the weddingbee team has not heard any of our complaints and is still sticking by this terrible new layout. There is more frustration when i’m here than enjoyment. I really have given it a good effort to stick around but this is probably it for me. I probably won’t be able to see any responses to this thread because I can’t see anything anywhere right now! I can’t even reply to board posts. If I come back tomorrow and it’s still a hot mess around here I’m done! I can’t take it anymore!

This exact thing happened to me yesterday when I tried opening the site in explorer. I then opened it in Chrome and had no issues. They may be having problems with the way different browsers are running. I’m sure a fix will come along but if you don’t feel like waiting- then download another browser to try.

stardustintheeyes: they are definitely hearing the comments and feed back and things are changin, albeit not as fast as we would like! This seems to be a new issue that popped up yesterday. If you can take a screenshot of what you see and share it on the support thread I’m sure that would help!

I find the almost total lack of updates (one a week does not count) to be the most frustrating!

I think this issue is more of a browser problem. I’ve seen the complaints, but I haven’t seen it happen (I’m using Firefox).

stardustintheeyes: You probably can’t see this comment then, but I was using IE browser and I had the same problem all day yesterday. I updated the browser and it was fixed but still very irritating. I don’t blame you though…I’ve tried to ride it out too and this kind of thing is the straw that breaks the camel’s back.

Ok. So I can see it from my phone. So it is the browser. But it’s still annoying. Still probably more than I’m willing to deal with for a recreational website 🙁

Just an FYi, we’re working on changes and fixes daily 🙂 We also don’t roll out changes one by one – we work in sprints where our tech team addresses issues, builds/fixes them, tests them in a test environment, we try to find bugs, and then we deploy several fixes all at once, usually once a week. Deploying changes sometimes means site outages or site slowness, so we try to chunk roll outs of fixes and features in one deployment per week unless it’s an emergency. HTH!

stardustintheeyes: I was feeling your pain earlier too. I cant get on at work (IE) and cant just download a new platform onto a work computer. So frustrating. I hope they make it compatible with IE…

the new layout is terrible. Ive noticed not many people are on the boards anymore. worst decision ever. dont fix what isn;t broken i say!
