@missmature: Holy crap random! I was wanting to do that for my wedding! There is a place around here that makes huge pretzels that you cut up like slices of bread--I want that with beer cheese instead of the usual faire (I'm OBSESSED with pretzels and beer cheese!). I really like the idea of a "tie the knot" sign by it! I'll let you know if I think of something creative for the sign!

That is a great idea! What about doing it the pretzels on tiered trays/large plates (similar to what people do w/ cookies, etc.) with large square bowls in front with the dipping sauces. You could create a tag for each sauce with fun wording and then use a good font (dafont.com) with "Miss Mature & Mr. Mature Tied the Knot) in a whimsical frame off to the side of the tiers? Sounds adorable and DELISH! :)
Oooh, I love this idea!! You could also hang the pretzels - maybe from a pasta drying rack ( or somthing similar)?
That sounds like such an awesome idea! I would be drooling if I were a guest! There was a shop at the mall I grew up by that had a ton of flavored dipping sauces, and it was always such a hard decision to pick which to try. Having a dipping sauce bar would be amazing!
I think it's a super cute idea! I love the bar set ups- candy, pretzel, popcorn, whatever. They're all fun.
I think this is a great idea, I wonder though... think people would double dip?! (Sorry, the germaphobe is always thinking)

Saw this on another site and want to know what everyone thinks of doing this during the cocktail hour? Thinking of soft pretzels with a variety of dippping sauces as well as some cinnamon sugar Thinking of a " Tie the Knot" sign. Can anyone think of a cute way to display ? Doing a rustic wedding!
