@luli29: I like it! My only concern would be where you have photos spanning the middle of the page.
Especially on pages 69-70 the seam of the book looks like it's going right through someones face.
@PuntaCanaBride: Thank you!!!
@KatNYC2011: Oh - good catch - I definitely see what you're saying. I'll make sure to change that when I edit everything.
love it! especially the picture of you two on page 35 - flaw.less.
I too noticed the 'crease' on pg 69-70, but if they're lay-flat pages, it shouldn't be a problem, I think.
Pg 72 seems to have space for another picture, is that intentional?
Love it - looks really good!
@elliestan: @menobride: thanks!
@daydreamwanderer:I think the pages do lay flat, but in case, I'll shift it a little.
And I'm debating whether or not to leave page 72 blank. I might put a photo in though. Also, it seems you can't do the number of pages you want with Adoramapix...its' either 50 or 76...so I have about two more pages I need to do!
I'm bumping this again!
BUT I also have a question. I realize Adoramapix albums are cheaper than a professional album, but what do you people, who have Adoramapix albums, think of the quality. Will they last a good number of years? (decades hopefully???)
Do the pages look like they will separate or fall off easily? Or is it pretty sturdy?
I like your album a lot!
I have an Adoramapix album. The pages do lay flat but the crease is still visible, so I agree with PP's who said it's better to not have it go through faces.
I'm really happy with my album. I keep reading they're not meant to last, but I posted the question on another thread about what exactly is supposed to happen to them and why they're not considered durable, but noone gave a concrete reply. The pages look pretty sturdy to me. It kind of reminds me of a high school yearbook with shinier pages and better prints - my yearbook is still intact after 20 years. Unless you have people handling roughly all the time, I don't see why they should separate or fall off. One of our cats jumped on it with wet paws and it dried off just fine without leaving any marks.
so pretty! their albums are pretty good quality and the pages aren't flimsy. they should last a long time as long as you store it properly.
My comments (for your consideration only)
Cover - don't love the crop of your husband, the focus of the image at first glance is on you only, not the both of you
Spine - font is a bit busy and hard to read
Page 1-2 - instead of writing out all that info (not typical in albums) how about a clear shot of the invitation? The angles of the invite on page 2 are distracting, can't make anything out, not even your names
5-6 - Dress is worthy of a page for itself (and not to be covered up).....then put the 3 images on the next page
7-8 - The picture of the wedding book looks out of place to me
General Comment - I am not a fan of mixing color and B&W images in the same page or 2 page spread. Again, not something that is typical.
31-32 - Covering the minister looks odd with the two images on the right
thanks- I'll take your comments into consideration when editing the album Thanks everyone for your help!
Wow I'm really impressed with your wedding photos and the book you have put together. It looks really good!
I do have two suggestions/comments though:
PG 1-2: a shot that is right on the invitation I think would work a little bit better just so you can see the details of your day. But I like the idea of having the invitiation instead of writting out the info. Good suggestion USER876
PG 76: Are you leaving the last spot blank? It looks a little out of place. I think it may be kinda need to put some writting there. At first I was thinking "The End" but realized that wouldn't look very good... So what about "To Be Continued..." to symbolize a new chapter of your lives together. Just a thought
Beautiful album and wonderful photos!
Just a suggestion or two...
I think the one black and white photo on page 27 looks out of place with the others.
I feel like the photo of the two of you sitting on pages 29-30 is very significant and I worry about it being lost in the crease.
Again on 31-32 I worry the ministers face will be lost.
Love the full page shoe photos!!
I feel like the photos on 55 and 56 are detail photos that may belong earlier in the book with the rest of the details. Also they look very plain just two photos side by side. Maybe place them on top of one another and then add something else to the neighboring page.
On 63 - 64 your face is going to be completely lost in the crease for the bottom middle photo.
Overall it is a very beautiful book and you looked amazing!!
@Alli259: I've changed the first page, so hopefully it looks better now. And the last spot isn't blank anymore! Thanks!
@MsBrooklynA: The scarf on the chair is very significant, so I'd like to keep it. Basically, my point of that one is to show the guests we had at our wedding. That scarf was my husband's grandmother's scarf, and she recently passed away. Including it there kind of shows how she was also there, present and part of our wedding.
I think the crease thing will be ok, it seems the pages will lie flat. I've tried to move any faces that were directly in the center, and off-centered them a bit, so I hope it will work.
I've made the full page of shoes even bigger now! haha.
Yes, 55-56 is my problem page right now. I'm not sure where it would go best. I do agree, it would look better earlier, but not sure exactly where - and I feel I need to add other photos to that spread.
Thanks for your suggestions!!!
@luli29: Oh I see!! I would have had to be there to get the scarf photo. Makes sense now! I'm sorry you were without her on your big day. I always love the Sock/Shoe combo they are adorable. For a second I though that the bouquet with the ring photo was the same as your bouquet photo earlier on in the book. Maybe you could add those photos on a page after your dress page in keeping with the bouquet and detail shots? Just a thought.
@MsBrooklynA: I think that would be the best spot for it...now I just don't know what other photos to add to it!
I'm sure you have lots of fab photos. What about photos of your garter, your engagement ring, photos of your "somethings", putting your dress on, multiple angles of a shot that you already used?
Thanks for sharing your album with us! All of the work was well worth-it! Great job! I bet you can't wait for it to arrive, eh?!

To follow up my last post, here is what I have done. I still need to tweak things here and there, and I want to change the text on the first page. What do you think - is it too much?
There are about 75 pages or so, so if your computer isn't speedy, you might not want to view it.
