Just randomly checking my hair/makeup people’s website and saw that their prices increased. So I go check my contract, and there are no prices listed. There’s a deposit amount, a minimum for the day-of, and a list of services. But no price per service. And I didn’t spell it out in my emails with them. We all just referenced the price list on the website. Arg! So I have it written down in emails with my wedding party and in my excel file where I keep track of our budget, but nothing official with them. I just emailed them to confirm that we’ll be billed at the prices that were in place when I signed a contract, and listed them all out, but I don’t know. Am I screwed? It’s not a huge difference (about $20 for me, $10 for BMs), and we can afford it fine, I’m just super annoyed with myself. I thought I was being so careful keeping all my emails and contracts and everything. Urg!
So, ladies who have yet to book hair/makeup, get all the prices listed out in your contract!!
