I love hats, but even I was like WTF?! Yes, I agree with the Dr Seuss look. I think they should have followed Kates lead, less is more.
It sort of looks like a carnival game. Whoever tosses the first dinner roll through her hat at dinner gets the centrepiece!
It was horrible. It was all I could look at everytime she was on tv. ugh.
I just want to know how it stays in place? It looks heavy and is in an awkward spot. I think it would feel like it was constantly going to fall over.
That is a very unfortunate hat and why is it right on the front of her head. If she pushed it back a bit or pushed it to the side it might look a TINY bit better
i think if it wasnt vertical it would have been much more chic. And the racoon eyes dont help at all!

eek neither one of them look good. That blue dress makes Eugenie look a little too plump. It's wayyy too tight.
it is doing two things for her:
1. making her the center of attention (because like a train wreck you can't look away)
while simutaniously
2. making sure no one looks at her face.
I seriously question every single person in her life who said... yea you are going to be on international television.... THAT is the look you want...
@bklynbridetobe: I totally disagree. I agree with the critic that said Victoria's hat looked like an oversized hockey puck. What is with these hats? Are they trying to be ugly?
