http://www.freeprintablecertificates.net/category/marriage has some. You could also just make it in office or another program. Maybe play with it a little bit. If you are wanting just words it should be easy to make, even with a border.... watermarked pics in back wouldnt be too difficult either if you wanted one

Does anyone know of a good place to find a free decorative marriage certificate? I'm trying to find a nice one. Our officiant gave us one, but it's just not what I'm looking for... I want it to look somewhat official, those big gothic letters, hoping for just a half sheet, not a full size. I might have to just try to make my own...
