I've changed the paper in the printer options to match as well... still no joy?
okay... i got it to print... but only if I print ALL pages. I can't select just the 10 or so of the 39 I want. I wonder why?
In Word 2007 you can sort your contacts by some discrete criteria (e.g., zip code) in order to construct a mail merge using only part of your contacts list. I'm not sure that you can just select contacts at random if you have no sort criteria; you might have to divide your contacts list into smaller lists if you can't come up with a sort criteria. There is a web-based tutorial on using the sort criteria here:

My fiance used the mail merge wizard. he said that just follow the mail merge wizard throughout the whole thing. the last step is to print. we were able to select which record we wanted to print...like record 2 of 10.
You have to complete the mail merge and then print records...it probably won't let you just print pages.
If you wanted to just test, I would either print a record, or select print all, but only feed it one envelope and then cancel the print job.
hope it turned out how you wanted!

Ok- so I've created a mail merge to print my envelopes. I changed the page to be landscape, and the correct size (A7 envelope).
On the screen- the text looks great.
But when I press Print (and just do page 1 to test)- nothing happens. I've tried this on (3) computer-printer combos.
Do I need to change something else?
