You should probably figure out where you want to do the printing before you do the design. If you go with a print shop each one will have their own specs for bleed and resolution. Most places will go with 300 dpi.
We're printing ours at www.cardsandpockets.com Looking over the boards, several other bees seem to have had good experiences, and they're definitely reputable. And we're doing a similar thing, a friend is designing them for us.
I have contacted cards and pockets about getting a quote and have not heard anythng back. Does anyone have an online printer they would recommend??
Thanks
i agree - cardsandpockets.com is a great website! i ordered my cardstock from them (love their metallic selections!), designed the invites on my computer, then had them printed at kinko's.
@bloodgo, did kinko let you print on cardstock? How much did they charge?

My FH is designing our invitations but I have no idea what to do once that is finished. Do we take the design to a local print shop? Do we get paper and print it ourselves at home? Any ideas or advice??
Thanks!
