The only way you can print white on black would be engraving or thermography I believe. Good Luck!
I would recommend using glissern (or however you spell it) with a brayer over an rubber stamp and using white embossing powerer if you want stuff on black paper. Perhaps you could have a large rubber stamp made with your text.
Kinkos can print black on white paper . . . so, if you do an inversion of the image, then the text could be white. Of course this uses TONS of toner, but has a nice visual impact.

Hey Ladies,
As if I didnt have enough things on my to-do list, FMIL recommended putting together invites for our welcome cocktail mixer to make sure people were aware of it (in case they didnt notice it on the website and their out of town bgs) Well - the room in the venue where we our having it is called "The Black Room" and it has a fabulous crystal chandelier on the middle with black walls. So of course, I had to do something on black cardstock with chandelier stamping on top.
Can I go to Kinkos and have them print on black paper the white text on the invite?
Any recommendations for stamp ink to use for the chandelier in white to use on black paper?
Any pictures of invites around those grounds would also be appreciated for inspiration. Thanks!
