is she printing in color?  perhaps she can get them two up on a page and go to kinkos or office depot and just have them cut it in half, which should cut her costs tremendously (i think office depot will set them up two up if that’s what she wanted)

I’ve used vistaprint.com and zazzle.com at about $1 per invite.  I thought the quality was great.  Maybe a bit pricey, but worth it for the convenience of having them printed, cut to size, and delivered to your door.

I had my STD cards cut and printed at a local university professional printing department.  The cost was great and they looked wonderful.  You could always check there.
