I actually did mine in Word. They have an envelope option and it took two envelopes before I had it just how I wanted it.

what option is it in word? the only options i see are to print the return address on the front...how do i get it to print on the back flap? thanks!
Hee! That's funny that you mentioned this, because the FI and I were just getting our envelopes together and had the same query!

i customized a returned address stamp with our first names on it and the address circling around our names, then just stamped it on the back of the envelope. it turned out really well. make sure though that they dry completely before stacking them.. learned a few the hard way.. =)
I customized a stamp from vistaprint.com It cost about $25, but i was able to make a design in illustrator (you can use photoshop too) and upload it to their site. It's the standard rectangular shape like a return address label, but by being able to customize it you can really make it look just about however you want! Plus we can use it on anything and it's not just relegated to our invites. :)
Just flip the envelope around in your printer and center the text on the computer.
In Word, the important thing is getting the paper size right. Both in the Page Setup and in your printer Properties (print window). Then you just need to get the address centered and the correct distance below the top of the envelope. Practice on a piece of light cardstock cut to the same size as the envelope; it should only take a couple of tries. And then, as Angel says, you have to get the envelope in your printer tray the right way around. That may be the hardest part!
