I recently went and found a dress that i think is “the one.” I didn’t take any pics in it so I think i will have to go up and try it on again…with my schedule and their hours it might not be for a coupole weeks.:(
At the time, when I asked the boutique to write down the name of the dress they wrote down “Private Collection” with the style number. I tried searching it online and came up with nothing.
Does anyone know if “Private Collection” is the name of the brand/design house? Or did they forget to write something else down?

@vanillabean: Does the boutique have a line of dresses only they carry? They might mean that it is that boutique’s “private collection”.
You could call and ask if you want, maybe they can tell you where to find it, or send you a stock/model photo.

You could call and ask them, but it sounds like they didn’t want to disclose the designer so that you can’t then go elsewhere to buy the dress more cheaply. The style number is probably for their own internal reference, in case you come back to buy it from them.

I tried a dress on and was told private collection is a new justin alexander line. If you look at my previous threads the dress I asked if was ‘church appropriate’ was the private collection dress.
I looked on the JA website and can’t see the collection yet. The store did tell me it was new though, but maybe you could call the JA number on website and explain and ask whats happening with it?
Hope this helps 🙂
