Probably going to get hate for this, but– QUICK ways to burn belly fat?

There’s no way to spot-reduce weight and certainly no pills to do so. Not giving you hate, just the straight truth!

Have you tried shapewear to smooth out the belly area?

@Meglin:  if you are carrying around some bloat, you could reduce that by cutting out salt, sugar, soda, alcohol, etc. and drinking tons of water. I would also suggest increasing your exercise

@Meglin:  There is no real way to get rid of belly fat that quickly (or to spot reduce). I would reccomend going on a low-bloat diet, which makes a huge difference, at least for me.. I can lose at least a few inches from my tummy by eating cleam.

Tons of water with lemon (lemon is a natural diuretic,) no carbonated drinks, low salt, no sugar alcohols (like sugarfree gum or other sugarfree candy), etc. Dairly also causes me to bloat, so I cut it out right before a big event.

Try doing a colon cleanse. It might help flush you out. That and a ton of water!

Find a high school wrestler. They know all sorts of tricks to loose weight before weigh-in…lol

seriously though, it sounds like there might be something in your diet right now thats giving you bloat – i would suggest what the others have suggest for that…have fun in Vegas!!!

Stress can alter cortisol levels and that is conducive to belly chub. So finding ways to de-stress can help. I know – easier said than done.

@Meglin:  cut wheat entirely- also no white rice, or added sugar. It is harder than you think but DAMN you will just shrink up.

Its not really sustainable because you likely wont be able to lay off carbs like that for life but you can lose 2 lbs a week with out hurting yourself fo sho.

I dropped a dress size before my wedding by cutting out booze, sugar, grains, legumes and flour.  I ate tons of veggies both cooked and raw, fruit, some mets and nuts. I still eat this was 60 – 75% of the time and have lost another size.

@Meglin:  they have many different kinds depending on what you want. Usually it’s like three pills twice a day for two days and a ton of water and no fat in your diet. They also have some that are 7 day cleanses. Look in the health aisle in a CVS or buy on Amazon.

You can’t “Spot treat” fat. The body simply doesn’t work that way. You could shed water weight quickly, but it won’t be fat and it’ll come right back.

@WestCoastV:  +1. This sounds more like bloat than anything else. Drink a ton of water and watch your sodium intake.
