Problems with Cards and Pockets?

    Has anyone else had problems working with cardsandpockets.com?  I ordered my paper pieces ten days ago and it says the order is still "in assmbly."  I have emailed them twice and have yet to get an answer.

    I used cards and pockets.com - I had no problems, the price was really good for the pocketfolds, and the product was good quality. I ordered samples first so I knew exactly what I was getting regarding colour, sheen, and quality. The samples took a while to arrive, but the order was quick, and they even included a couple extra of the envelopes and pocketfolds.

    Well, I finally got a reply from them.  I submitted my order on the first of February, keeping in mind that the website says that it takes 3 to 4 days to assemble an order.  By 12 days out I still had not heard anything from them, so I emailed yet again and finally got a reply saying that one of the envelope styles I had ordered was backordered and wasn't going to be in for awhile.  I am mad that they didn't bother to let me know this. Anyway, I was given the option of substituting the envelopes to expediate the process and was told that I could upgrade my shipping if I wanted my order faster.  I decided to do that and gave them the go ahead to upgrade to three day shipping.  Later than day, I get a notice that my order had been shipped, but they got my address wrong!  So I spent most of Friday afternoon freaking out that my order would be sent back and the delivery of my paper products would be delayed yet again.  I tried calling UPS and was told that cardandpockets would have to be the one that changed the address.  I called them all afternoon but never got a reply.  Ultimately I emailed them and they said that they would do their best to fix the problem and still get the order to me.  It is supposed to arrive tomorrow, but I will be interested to see if it is able to be delivered and if it is complete.

    I know that they are a small family company and that everyone uses them because they have the best prices, but I still don't think that they have the right to treat me how they did.  I have never dealt with a company that ignored me so much.  The e-mails I got from their service people were so over-the-top nice it was hard to stay mad, but it still irks me to be ignored by a company like that.

    I definitely had this exact same problem, right down to it being about the envelopes...  Great quaility paper but I didn't get my stuff until just before Christmas and I ordered it in early October.  Good thing my wedding isn't until December of this year.  And you're right about the overly-nice e-mails.  It really was hard to stay angry even though the anger was total justifiable lol.

    @shaydenise: I thought I was the only one!  Everyone goes on about how they are this great company with this great product, and while I think their paper is good, I cannot get over how poorly they run their business. 

    I did finally get my invitation pieces and I spent all weekend working on them so they should still go out by the first of March, but I will NEVER use Cards and Pockets as a supplier ever again.

    I am also annoyed with cards and pockets right now.  I have an order that was placed 11 days ago and is still showing as "in processing"even though their site says 1-3 days processing... everytime I email them to inquire how much longer it will be, it takes 24-48 hours for them to respond, and then its always some excuse about losing my emails and having them go in the wrong folder?  5 days of emails, and no, they have no answered the question yet!!  they are awesome at beating around the bush. 

    Cards and pockets is driving me insane.  seriously. Its awful customer service not to have a phone number.. or to respond to their email in any form of a timely manner.

    I'm really regretting having placed my order through them.  :(
