I placed an order a month ago and I was aware that it would take 2 1/2 weeks for the product to ship. I was charged for the product immediately. After 3 weeks passed, I got in touch with them (email is the only way), asking if the product had shipped. A few days ago I get an email saying the items are on backorder.
I was never made aware that the products were on backorder and I have already paid for them. My wedding is next weekend. I wrote them back, asking exactly which items were backordered, and seeing if they could at least ship some of the order now. The response was the same exact email I got before saying "Your products are on backorder. We hope to ship within a week."
At this point I just want to cancel the whole order, but there is no way to get in touch with a human!
Has anyone experienced problems with them?
