I have a similar issue- the church only has 13 pews- far too short for multiple songs. I am using the same song, at first played just on the violin for the parents and bridal party, then having a flute join in to make it distinct for my entrace.
I have a huge bridal party but a tiny church so even a 3 minute song is too long. That being said, I am still having 2 separate songs. If you are using instrumental music, I think rosychicklet's idea is really good. If not, just have the music director fade out and then into another song.

Does your processional music for your bridal party need to be different from the music used for the bridal processional? I am having a small wedding only 2 attendants so does it make sense to have two different musical selections or to just use the same music for the whole procession? What are others doing?
