@MadameTussaud:  Would one of the groomsmen be willing to walk down the aisle alone? I don’t really see any other options here, given that the groomsmen don’t want to wait and the aisle isn’t big enough for three people.

@MadameTussaud:  Can the Best Man walk your mom, since your dad will be walking you?

ETA: Honestly, nobody will fault you for having an uneven bridal party. It happens, and it’s not weird or unusual for a groomsman or bridesmaid to have to walk alone.

@MadameTussaud:  I think it’s fine. The Bridesmaid or Best Man and groom have a position of honor so it makes sense for them to stand out.

@MadameTussaud:  I kind of like the idea of the Best man escorting your mother, if you will be entering with your father.  A groomsman walking by himself would be okay too, but somehow that feels weird to me…

Why not have the best man head to the alter with the groom and officiant and go ahead and take his place. That only leaves you with two men left and one can walk with Bridesmaid or Best Man and the other can walk with Maid/Matron of Honor and the flower girl can come down the aisle right before you. This keeps you from having any of your bridesmaids or groomsmen walking alone.
