Ok, bees, could use your input on this. I’m trying to figure out how much time I need to account for for my processional. I will have MOB, MOG, officiant, Groom and groomsman take their places with regular pre-ceremony music but have a specific song that I want played for my girls, FG and RB. My “Aisle” is about 150 feat long…the song I want played is 3:43 long. I have 3 attendants plus the FG and RB. Do you think the 3:43 is enough time for all of them to get to their places? Anyone out there that has already delt with this issue???

I would get a couple of people together and practice going with the song down a similar length of hallway or something. I think that is enough time to get them all in their places but at the same time you may want to have them enter at a certain point in the music or have yourself enter at a certain point.
It isn’t that hard to just tell people to walk a bit faster or slower to accomodate the length of the song you want to play.

And don’t forget to take into account that the FG & RB walk slower and can get distracted, depending on their age. So if you do a test run somewhere, practice with somebody walking in “kid speed”.
