Have someone set those bad boys out and call it a day! You are only a very short number under 1 program per guest, so I wouldn’t worry about it. Having the ushers give some to some of the couples should eliminate your problem. I realized the week of my wedding that I grossly miscalculated the amount of program paper I needed…and I mean grossly (brain was sooo fried) Not everyone took one anyway, so in the end, it all worked itself out.

If you’re making programs, you’re wedding must be close! Congrats!

I think that’s plenty-  I don’t think everyone will pick up a program. Many male guests won’t  pick one up anyway, if they are with someone.  Are you having someone hand them out when guests enter, or are you leaving a basket out?  If you are having someone hand them out, have them keep a few out of sight, so they can make sure the extra special guests (grandparents, aunts, close family) get one.

I am having 200 at our ceremony, printed 70 programs, one per family, or one per couple, every wedding I’ve been at, there’s a whole box left over that goes in the trash.  You should have plenty for what you have planned.  As noted, hold some back so the special people get a copy.  Enjoy

We made enough for one for each person at the wedding, excluding children.    Then we sent the extras to friends and family who could nto make the wedding.    I figured better safe than sorry.   But  as long as you tell your ushers to try to hand out one per couple/family it should be OK.

Hold on, 137-16=121. You have enough for 120. So you are 1 (one) program short. Bridal party doesn’t need them, they’re doing stuff. I think you are making more than enough. I can almost guarantee that even if the ushers hand them out, there will be at least one person who doesn’t stick their hand out for one. But yes, I would go with what dressexpress says and hide a few for special people (even though they’ll probably get one) and for a keepsake. I think you’ll have plenty left over! No offense, but a lot of people leave them on their chairs after the ceremony anyway, so you could always "reuse" them.

I think you’ll have more than enough. Couples will share!

As a former program-hander-outer (hehe), I have seen that most married men tend to just let their wives take one program for the two of them, so I think you’ll have more than enough!

you have plenty! i had a 200 person guest list, i printed 170 programs, and i had tons left over. the bridal party may not pick up programs, latecomers wont, some couples will just take 1, and there will be people who don’t make it to the ceremony but come to the reception. my planner had advised me to print one for 50% of the guest list. i think that’s a little underestimating, but not by much!

I asked about this a little while ago, and it seemed like consensus was to go with enough programs for about 50% of your guest list, so you’re fine! I made 70 for 90 guests (including the bridal party), which I’m sure is overkill (we’ll see in 10 days!) I like cyshas idea of sending leftovers to people who couldn’t make it, though!
