When a couple is married, typcially the man's name is listed first, so I don't think I would uniformly put the moms names first and dads second. But if you wanted to list your real parents (especially if you feel much more strongly for them) first, that would be reasonable I think.
And one attendent of the groom is a groomsman.
I am having a similar issue...
I decided to just do Parents of the Bride and then list them underneath in couples...
Dennis & Lisa Smith (Stepdad and Mom)
Brian & Shirely Jones (Dad and Stepmom)
I felt kinda wierd that my Stepdads name came first but it didn't look right with my moms name first and since they are the ones paying I figured they should go before my dad and stepmom
good luck!
I have the same parent situation as you and I'm going for the first option you listed. It's more important to me to have my (real) parents listed first. And I agree- GroomsmAn... eeeek I need to get started on programs!

I'm working on our program and have a few questions...
First: My parents are divorced and both are remarried. In the section where I'm listing parents, should I put:
Mom & Stepdad Mother & Stepfather of the Bride
Dad & Stepmom Father and Stepmother of the Bride
His Mom & His Dad Mother & Father of the Groom
...in which my *real* parents are listed first,
OR
Mom & Stepdad Mother & Stepfather of the Bride
Stepmom & Dad Stepmother & Father of the Bride
His Mom & His Dad Mother & Father of the Groom
...which makes all moms first and all dads second? What do you think?
And second, each of us is having the honor attendant (maid of honor and best man) and then one other attendant (bridesmaid and grooms...men? grooms...man?) - I'm struggling with what to call the grooms... dude. Is groomsmen singular groomsman? Or is it groomsMEN no matter how many there are?
I am overthinking this, but help me out :D
