Hi Erica-
First, welcome to the 'Bee!
What about writing something like
Coffee Servers
Missy & Denine Doe, cousins of the bride,
serving in memory of their MIL, Aunt Doe.
??
I would be careful about that. Bringing up someone who died might end up making people more upset, it just depends on how your family is dealing with the death though.

Ok so my aunt was going to be my Coffee Server but she unexpectadly died before thanksgiving, so I asked her daughter-in-laws to stand in her place for her. I would like to write something about that but I don't want it to be in with my memorial, I would like it by where her name would of been. This is how my program is worded...
Host Couples
Reggie & Karen Doe- Uncle & Aunt of Bride
David & Jodi Doe - Uncle & Aunt of Groom
Punch & Cake Servers
Josie Doe- Aunt of Groom
Linda Doe- Aunt of Bride
Coffee Servers
Missy Doe- Cousin of Bride
Denine Doe- Cousin of Bride
Any ideas for me?! Or should I just not do it. I do have on the back of my program a Thank you and an in memory of saying, but being she was in the wedding I really would like to have something written
Thanks!
Erica
