Is it typical to list the "hosts" in the list of "wedding party" also, is the officiant considered part of the party? I can't remember what we labeled this list but I think it was something other than wedding party.
I would just get rid of the "wedding party" label for reasons the PPs have said. You don't really need a label for that part of the program. Everything else seems fine. Double check name spelling though. I had my name spelled incorrectly on a program once. (It's Sara, not Sarah! haha)
I'm not sure where the officiant & host should be listed, actually. I looked for examples online and saw it a number of different ways, so I just included both as a part of the wedding party. I actually haven't seen "hosts" included much at all, but in my case they're not my parents, they're paying for a big part of the wedding, hosting it at their house, and I wasn't sure how to approach it otherwise. Suggestions are welcomed. :) One idea I had - I could include a totally separate letter to the hosts (my aunt and uncle,) maybe in a picture frame, somewhere else at the wedding... like the guestbook table? I think being publicly acknowledged is important to them. They're not shallow, but I do think that it's important.
Boston Bee - thanks for the tip. When I finished making the word search, I though "oh, I don't need to proofread it, I'm sure it's fine." But, then I felt guilty/lazy about not doing it, so I went ahead and did... and I found two mistakes. Thank goodness I checked!! As for the rest of the program - I'll run it by my FI as well to see if he notices any typos.
I think take away 'Wedding Party' and you're fine. I think leave the hosts in, it it really nice to acknowledge them there (am sure they will appreciate it).
Love the wordfind idea on the back! Totally going to steal it.

I'm about to print our wedding program fans (on a 4.25" by 5.5" card, double sided) and was hoping to get the bees help with proof reading. Please let me know if you have any feedback! Also, I haven't figured out how to best word the "schedule" section, so any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks!!
