I won a silent auction for 4 weeks of personal training, she has given me a ton of informations & set me up with workouts that are crazy intense but I feel great!!  She also suggested I try the “green faces” plan.  It is 21-day program where you can only eat green vegetables & anything that had a face or would have grown up to have a face (meat & eggs).  She says I will drop body fat and you can only do it for 21 days..since our wedding is on the 27th of next month, I think I will start this on 4/1..
