Hello all,

Has anyone ever experienced trying to cancel or obtain a credit note with pronovias?
I 90% love my dress, but i am having regrets and feel the sooner i act on it, the better… my dress first fitting isnt until Jan so i feel its unlikely they have started making my dress, and have spoken to the store already about it. The store manager said i should go in and try the dress again (doing so tomorrow lunchtime) and that once i am in it, surely i will be happy and we can talk about any alterations to make me 100% on any issues i have. however, i want to be prepared for if i don’t love it and want to cancel or obtain a credit note to put towards something else once i have made up my mind. I was wondering if anyone had experience of obtaining a cancellation/ exchange / credit note there, or if they cancelled if they had to forfeit a deposit / pay restocking fee/ the full fee of the dress?

Would be very grateful for any advice!

Thanks,

Lucy
Ps. I am a solicitor so i know if anyone asks that it is the store’s right to make me pay the entire fee for the dress, but just wondered if they really do this or not.
