I personally haven’t owned a Pronovias gown, but I’ve heard great things about the quality of their work. I’m actually choosing between a few dresses at the moment and 5/8 of them are Pronovias gowns.

3 grand is cheap? I love Pronovias dresses and can swear by the quality.  LA sposa and San Patrick are equal in quality. But cheap they are not. All the dresses I have tried on are great…but they all justbso happen to be 3 grand

My regular pronovias dress was 1800 and that was a lot less than the 2200 they wanted at the flagship. This dress, as a manuel mota, will be 3 or up most likely. But quality will be amazing

Most pronovias dresses I have tried on were around 2k,but I think that one may be a designer for pronovias so probably would be a bit more expensive.

All of the pronovias dresses I tried on (over 20!) were awesome quality and way better than most other designers I tried on (with the exception of enzoani! My new fave! Lol)

@mtb117:  I started a thread before offering to get bees prices on dresses last year when at my fittings (my dress was a mota).  Someone asked about Galveston.  Its $3700.  I didnt see the gown, but it looks like it could be satin, or super photoshopped chiffon or organza.  Pronovias gowns are beautiful and the Mota gowns are definitely held to a higher standard, at least at the flagship.

Pronovias dresses get discontinued at the end of the year.  So come January 1st this gown will no longer be able to order, unless they choose to carry it over to the 2014 collection, but they only hold on to a handful.

I actually tried on this dress and it is among all of the dress I tried on, my absolute favorite.  The store I tried it on had the dress for about $2,600 (give or take $100).   The dress is silk, which is great quality, but wrinkles EXTREMELY easy.

Note that the “mermaid-like” style you see in the picture is not the real dress.  The model probably has something pinching the dress in the back, as it is more flowy overall.

@mtb117:  I’m from Australia and recently bought this gown for my wedding next year. I paid $3,500 AUD. I would expect in the US you would pay anywhere from $2500 to $3000? It is a beautiful dress and something that is different from the usual strapless kind that everyone seems to wear, I do not suit strapless so was looking for something with a little more coverage. The dress in person is absolutely beautiful- flowy and romantic and so light and comfortable to wear. The dress is silk organza at the bottom and really is stunning. As another user mentioned, it does look different in person than on the website. The website shows a more ‘mermaid’ style where as on it is much more flowy. It is a beautiful choice and one of the stand out Manuel Mota dresses. Good luck I hope you can find one in store to try on, I’m sure you will love it like I did.
