@luluvohn:  love them!  My only comment is that I don’t know if your wedding is June 7th or July 6th – it’s ambiguous and people will write the date both ways.  You may want to consider changing that – only my 2cents.

Just curious (because we’re hitting this issue right now) – you only listed your mother on the invite.  Is she the only parent/family member who is helping financially?  Or is she the only parent/family member still with you both?

Everything looks great to me. I had no trouble understanding the date or that your mother is the sole hostess.

I wouldn’t change a thing!

@luluvohn:  I think everything looks good – no typos and no major information missing. Yay Cyber Monday deals!! And you managed to get everything I want onto your RSVP card and it still looks good (all the other examples I’ve seen seem cramped), so thank you for giving me hope!

@luluvohn:  My only suggestion (and it’s purely semantics) is to change “dietary restrictions” to “dietary considerations”.  Just sounds a little less harsh.  Otherwise they look good!

Hi @luluvohn:  They are GORGEOUS.

Layout & Wording seem fine.

And I too had the same issue as @MsGinkgo:

(lol, it is a Canadian thing for sure, in so much as we tend to write out the dates here to eliminate the confusion between the American Method MM-DD-YEAR and the British / Canadian Method of DD-MM-YEAR and the Metric Method of YEAR-MM-DD)

So if you have any Canadians coming, you’ll want to be sure they clearly KNOW the Date you are having the Wedding on.

Hope this helps,

PS… I used Wedding Paper Divas for our Reception Invites… and they did an AMAZING Job, and the price was good.  I am sure you’ll be happy.

@luluvohn:  thank you! I’ll definitely look at Wedding Paper Divas when the time comes – we have a little time before we need to order. But your invites look so gorgeous I think it would be worth a little extra money! Plus, I’m the most impatient person in the world so the quick turnaround is a nice bonus!

are you sure not having FI’s parents names on the invite won’t cause huge problems?

Mrs……”Invite you to join in the celebration”…

And there is too many “Of”s in that line “of the marriage of”  That sounds off to me.

Mrs…”Request the pleasure of your company at the marriage of their daughter”
Or

Mrs…”Invites you to celebrate the marriage of her daughter”
