Anybody propose to your SO instead? Well, my other half is not a romantic type and he already proposed to me on our 3rd annivesary last year. The more I think, the more I want to surprise him to give him a romantic night on either v-day or his 39th bday (which is in March).
It might not neccessary expensive but I want to give him a remarkable night for life time since he always pamper me, taking care of me and never say no to any of my wedding idea.
What you bee think? Any tips or advise? Would it appear to be too deseprate?

@gpiglet: so youre already engaged, you just want to sort of re-propose so he gets the same experience you did? I think thats sweet! You should go for it! I told FH it felt weird when he proposed because he just declared his love and I basically was like thanks, yes please! to the ring haha!

@gpiglet: If he’s already proposed and you’re engaged and planning a wedding, there really isn’t any point in proposing back to him.
By all means, plan a romantic night for your man, but I would leave the proposal out of it.

Why not? Go for it! I’m sure men like to be romanced too.

hahaha, he didn’t “declare” his love to me that night. I asked him later and he said he was nervous and kinda say it quickly before it hit 12:00 am in his car hahaha
From what I gather what he said in the car, he asked me do I remember what he wrote on the label that he put on the wine he opened for me (the night he asked me to be his gf). I dun remember exact wording but it was something – when two lives becomes one. Nov 6, 2010. And he knows I have been waiting for the ring impatiently but he wanted to put the ring on my finger … on our annivesary because of that sweet sentense he wrote
I never done anything romantic for him because of my busy life for the past 3 years which is kinda not fair cuz’ I actually a hopeless romance girl… and done so many romantic stuff for my ex but him… so the more I think about it, the more I want to give this most important man in my life a remarkable night. hehe

Hmm, not a formal propose but … more telling him what he meant to me and ask him formally will want to spend the rest of his life with me

That’s sweet! I know of some me who aren’t really the romantic type but I think it makes every little thing they do, cute. Haha, I agree with the other PP. itd show him how much you appreciate his efforts 🙂
