@woodchuck:  YES!  I just made one yesterday with peanut butter and just adding just 1 tablespoon made so much difference…yummy!:

1 banana (frozen or thawed)

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/2 sm bottle (individual size) Vanilla Slimfast (or substitute with vanilla almond milk)

5 strawberries

Splash to 1/4 cup of skim milk

Few ice cubes

I drink a shake called Shakeology and my favorite recipe is adding peanut butter, vanilla extract, honey and a dash of cinnamon.  SO good.

I make a green shake that’s delicious. I don’t use protein powder, but I imagine you could with this one…

2 cups of tightly packed spinach
1 cup of cold water
1 banana
1 cup of frozen fruit (any kind!)
1 tbsp of peanut butter

My go-to after-workout protein fix is smoothies 🙂 I always do some variation of this (changing out fruits):

1 banana

1 orange

3-4 oz. greek yogurt

1/2 cup almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries – whatever!)

1-2 big handfuls of spinach

My go to is this:

1 scoop Chocolate Peanut butter Protein powder

1 frozen banana

1 cup Milk or Almond milk

1 scoop Chia seeds

1 Tbsp instant coffee disolved in a few tbsps water




Before I got the chocolate peanut butter protein powder I used to use Vanilla protein power, and sub unsweetened Chocolate almond milk for the milk and would add a tbsp of Peanut butter.
