My personal favourite is IsoFlex. I'm not sure if it's available in the US but I the nutritional info for one scoop is as follow for the chocolate: Calories 111, Fat 0.1g, Sugars 0.5 g, Protein 27 g.
Probably one of the best tasting protein powders I've tried and they come in so many flavours.

I mix it up with nonfat milk and it is a tasty treat! Low cal/low sugar/high protein.
I use the Muscle Milk bulk whey powder. It has no sugar, we get it at costco!
I drink Aria, which is available at most grocery stores. 80 calories, 2.5 g sugar. I am diabetic, so it is perfect for me. Its also majority soy protein.
I used to drink Lean Dessert Protein by BSN. It only has 2 sugars but 8 carbs. I liked the cinnamon roll and like that you can make it a pudding instead if you want.

I use some brand called "Pure Protein" that I got from Target in a huge container for about 16 bucks. It only has 130 calories, 2.5g fat, 2g carbs, 2g sugar, and 25g protein per scoop. Which is AWESOME! I have seen a lot of whey protein shakes be extremely high in carbs and sugar---and doesnt that kinda defeat the purpose? And mine is the Vanilla Creme and I think it actually tastes pretty good as long as you blend it with some ice and it's nice and cold!

I am looking for a shake that is low cal/low sugar that I can take either after a workout or as a filling snack during the day. My boyfriend got me into Muscle Milk light which is tasty but it's just a little too high in sugar. Any suggestions?
