Do any of you have experience with Provera prescribed to induce a period? I've taken it several times before, but I'm having trouble remembering whether what I'm experiencing is normal. My new doctor only prescribed me 5 days of it (I remember getting 10 before ... and that's what most of the girls here seem to get, too), and my period, which started Friday, has been very light. I'm worried that the provera didn't "reset" my system enough for the Femara to work. I asked the nurse at my doc's office this morning if it was OK that my period was light and she asked if I took a pregnancy test before I started my Provera.
Honestly, I didn't because I had NO signs of ovulation at all during the entire 45 day cycle. The last time I tested was probably CD35 or so. She seemed to think that response was good enough and said that the light period wasn't a problem. I guess I'm just worried becuase the doctor mentioned that some women need to hard "reset" with birth control because the provera alone isn't enough.
What do you think?
