Providing guest transportation – help me choose!

    Are the buses just making one big trip to/from the hotel, or are they shutting people throughout the day/evening?  If it’s the latter, I think having smaller buses is a better option because some guests may get tired or need to leave earlier.  That would be easier to accomodate with smaller buses than a big bus.  Also, if you have any elderly guests or are having kids at the wedding, the smaller buses will make things so much easier for them.

    @MrsSmitty:  If they are both within budget, I would opt for the smaller shuttles. It could be really hard for an elderly guest to walk .2 miles. 

    Edit: OK just saw your post about driving the guests who can’t walk that far. In that case, I don’t think it really matters either way. If they are both doing the same number of trips and transporting the same number of people, I don’t know that a walk of .2 miles is really worth that much money.

    @Mrssmitty can you tell me the company gave you those quotes.. I have been quotes that are double that for the same thing.. your prices are the closts, I am getting one way..
