I ordered my wedding invitations through them. They were the only ones with the design I want. I also had a coupon so I was getting a really amazing deal. When I first recieved my invitations, my reception cards had this ugly digital line going down one side, like a printing error on more than half. I told them about it and they reprinted me new cards (for free) as they should.
The second time I recieved these cards, they were not the same color. the background is supposed to be black, these were maroon. Maroon wasn’t even an option for these cards, so I’m upset now. I am posting the pics, top is the old, red is the new, and in some lights you can see the printing error from first order.
I did email them to tell them the new issue, but I told them do not fix it. They should just keep their cards and check their own work before they send it. Had our wedding been closer and I didn’t have time to have cards reprinted, I would’ve asked for a discount. But, for me to give them a second chance and they mess up again means they probably don’t check orders because they aren’t printed in house.
Places like Wedding paper Divas and Magnetstreet are more expensive, but they are worth the price for the customer Service. I made orders from both companies for engagement invites and save the dates, and wish I had saved the money and ordered from them first. I guess you get what you pay for. I just wanted to post this so everyone can see what I went through and to warn anyone who does decide to use them.
The qaulity is good, the communication is good, but the service is meh.
