hi! I live in Puerto Rico and I don’t know of any All-inclusive resorts. I think they don’t exist here. My husband and I went to the Royalton All-Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana and loved it there. We saw a few destination weddings done at that resort and they were beautiful!

Hi! I second @pegaloca . There are no all inclusive resorts here. We had one for a while but with our model being different than that of the rest of the islands and based on US, including the federal minimum salary, some things you see in the other islands are just not sustainable here.

Last time I checked there has been quite a big spike in prices at all inclusive resorts in Dominican Republic and at least for what I wanted, there was not much savings in the end. However, not having to coordinate with a bunch of different vendors to get food, drinks and tables and chairs might be worth it!

LatinGoddess:  I agree with the other ladies. I lived tgere 8 years and I’ve never seen one. If you’re still interested I think you would really like places such as San Juan, Carolina, and Fajardo. They are really nice for destination weddings.

LatinGoddess:  I have not been to Hacienda Siesta Alegre but if is in the city of Rio Grande I can tell you that the city itself is very beutiful. I used to go to the rainforest and the river in Rio Grande all the time. I have been to El Conquistador and it is so beautiful. It was not for a wedding thoug. The last time I went there was like 5 years ago and it was so gorgeous.

LatinGoddess:  I did. I was worried about planning from afar, so I decided to forgo the destination wedding altogether. Not the most cost-effective option, but I’m pretty happy with the selection of vendors here.
