I think cocktail hour!

Btw, I’ve been to El Conquistador and it’s one of my all time fave resorts ever!  One of the cardiologists I used to work with got married there.  Her wedding was to die for!

I agree with Belle. I think cocktail hour would be perfect. It’s not too hard on the wallet, plus it gives you & your guests the chance to mingle.

I do love El Con too! My friend met her husband there when they both worked at the resort.

El Conquistador is amazing! I have several clients that I’m working with that are interested in doing a destination wedding there. You have chosen a great location for your destination wedding Smile

To answer your question, usually rehearsal dinner only consists of your entire bridal party and a few close friends and family of your choice…usually immediate family members if they’re not already in the wedding party. But if you wanted all 60 guests to come, then cocktail hour is very common as well and less expensive compared to a sit down rehearsal dinner.

But your rehearsal dinner is the best place to express your gratitude to your wedding party and family. There are so many different ideas for gifts that you can give to them. I’m not sure if you already planned it or not but if you want more ideas I would love to share them with you and give you websites of where to find them.

But congratulations on your engagement and I wish you the best in planning your destination wedding!

Happy Planning!
